Privacy

Hirefuse is a career tool. Your CV and job descriptions are yours. We store them privately against your account, never sell your data, and never train public models on it.

What we store

• Email + auth metadata (for login)
• Uploaded CV files in a private, account-scoped bucket
• Parsed structured CV, job descriptions you paste, and generated outputs
• Subscription + payment references via iyzico (card data never reaches us)

Your controls

• Delete any file or generated kit from the dashboard.
• Delete your account — we cascade-delete everything within 24 hours.
• Email us at help@hirefuseai.com for data export.

Subprocessors

• Supabase (auth, database, storage) — data at rest encryption.
• iyzico (payments + subscription processing, PCI DSS compliant).
• Our LLM provider (configurable). Requests are processed, not stored for training on our account.
• Resend (transactional email).
